Yes - "My PT Hub" is the fitness software. After purchasing a program or package, you will receive an email directing you to download the app by clicking the link provided.
Under each program description it mentions how many minutes the workouts entail. Some programs, such as Muscle Gain, are ~1-hour. Bodyweight Core & Home Leg Circuit is ~30 minutes.

Yes, all levels can participate in these programs. Due to your level of fitness, some may be much more challenging than others. The program descriptions provide this information.
The meal plans are built by a professional dietitian from My PT Hub. These plans are gender-based and include muscle gain, fat loss, beach body, and maintenance diets.
The All Dayy apparel line is coming out this Fall 2020. It will include T-shirts, hats, stickers, outerwear, and more.
